DENISE HODGSON

Hi, my name’s Denise Hodgson and I’m the Quality and Training Manager in the telephone unit. I’ve been part of TLF now for 17 years seeing both the company and the telephone unit grow, building long-term relationships with many of our clients.

My role is a varied one, including HR, but my main focus is on the quality of the research we provide to the TLF research team and our clients. I’ll be working with you and your team leaders, delivering your ongoing training and support to achieve the highest standard of research for our clients, gathering accurate and insightful feedback from their customers, whether that’s speaking with the Chief Executive of a global corporation or the residents of a housing association.
