Your role will be 100% phone based, conducting customer satisfaction research, there is no cold calling and certainly no sales work, so you could be talking to someone about a recent experience they have had, for example maybe buying something, making a complaint or having a repair done in home.
Full training is given, and there is always someone there to lend a hand should you need it.
Shifts are available to fit in around schooling and education.

Shift patterns currently available are:
9.30am – 2.30pm
9.30am – 4.30pm
4.30pm – 8.30pm
Initially we require people to work 3 shifts per week. After successful completion of a 3 month probationary period shifts may be increased. We are also open on a Saturday morning 9.00am – 1.00pm depending on the needs of the business.
You will need a professional manner and be friendly and polite with a clear voice. You’ll enjoy talking to people and more importantly will have excellent listening skills. Attention to detail, good spelling, and basic computer skills are essential.
Pay & Benefits
TLF telephone interviewers are paid an hourly rate. There are also bonus schemes in place. All staff receive an additional 15 days unpaid holiday allowance that can be used in addition to any paid holiday entitlement. All training is paid at an hourly rate.
