Our clients need to be confident that when we are talking to their customers we are delivering great customer service, with friendly and knowledgeable people at the end of the phone.
Here at TLF we conduct customer satisfaction on behalf of some very large Companies including Direct Line, Churchill, Northgate, Together Housing and N Brown mail order, and we conduct on average 12000 completed telephone satisfaction surveys a month. Joining our team you will have a real talent for making our clients customers understand that their opinions are valued and important. It’s not just about the way you speak to people and just as important the way that you listen to get the most out of the conversation.
