We are looking for Evening Team Leaders to work alongside our Management Team, and reporting in to the Evening Supervisor.
Responsibilities include: to give support to all new starters during their probationary period, being on hand to help out with any questions they may have, offer coaching where required, along with supporting existing evening team members. Motivating interviewers to achieve set targets on a daily basis.
Additional responsibilities will/may include floor walking, briefing projects, attending project briefs, conducting pilot studies on new projects, working on the phones, answering the phones, dealing with respondent questions if required, conducting monitoring, quality checks, giving performance feedback, carrying out daily Pit Stops.
The ideal candidate would be confident, enthusiastic, have a hands on approach and able to engage with people at all levels. Previous call centre experience is advantageous.
